Our Story

Advancing Independent Learning. That's been our goal since 2005, when we began with reading comprehension programs anchored on a library of 1,000 children's books (we now have 4,000). We started teaching students how to read, then how to write better. We then saw the need for the same programs in Filipino, leading to the development of the first leveled enrichment programs in the country.

Today, we have complete online reading and writing programs in English and Filipino offered to children here and abroad. Why are they effective? Because we developed them for real students -- our own. We help our children be the best learners they can be by focusing on the skills that really matter: comprehension, critical thinking, communication.

The passion for teaching well is at the heart of The Learning Library. For every one of our teachers, teaching is not just a job -- it's a life mission. And through public talks and parent partnerships, we promote the love of reading and appreciation of the Filipino language.
